PixlForge Studio ("PixlForge", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. It applies to this website and the services we provide.
1. Information we collect
- Enquiry details you submit through our forms: name, email, phone, company, and your message.
- Payment details when you purchase — processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card/UPI details.
- Basic technical data (e.g. log/usage data) collected by our host for security and reliability.
2. How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, deliver and support your product or service, process payments, and send you essential updates about your purchase. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing without consent.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the processors needed to run our business — for example Razorpay (payments) and Netlify (hosting and form delivery) — and only as required to provide the service, or where legally required.
4. Your data and our products
Several of our tools (e.g. IntelliSheets AI and the Command Centre) run on your own infrastructure or Google account. In those cases your business data stays with you and is not transmitted to us. For self-hosted tools like IntelliSheets AI, any AI features use your own API key, billed directly by the provider (e.g. Anthropic). For our managed products, any AI/API usage is included and handled by us as part of your plan.
5. Security and retention
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information and keep enquiry data only as long as needed to serve you or meet legal obligations.
6. Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act and similar laws you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Email info@pixlforgestudio.in and we will act on valid requests.
7. Cookies
We use only the minimal cookies/storage required for the site to function. We do not run invasive third-party advertising trackers.
8. Changes
We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
