Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of this website and the products and services provided by PixlForge Studio ("PixlForge", "we"). By engaging us or purchasing, you agree to them. For a custom engagement, your signed proposal/quote takes precedence where it differs.
1. What we provide
Custom automation, dashboards and AI systems; one-time product licences (e.g. Business Command Centre, IntelliSheets AI); and subscription services (e.g. the AI Receptionist — Frontdesk and Concierge). Scope is defined in your quote.
2. Quotes, prices and payment
- Prices are quoted in INR and may change for new quotes. The price agreed in your order applies to that order.
- Payments are collected securely via Razorpay. One-time products are yours to keep once paid in full; subscriptions are billed per the plan you choose until cancelled.
3. Free 7-day trial
Where offered, you may run the real product on your own data for 7 days. A one-time ₹5,000 setup/integration fee applies to map your custom fields; it is credited to your first invoice if you continue. If you continue past day 7, the balance of your chosen plan is due on go-live. The setup fee covers integration work already performed, and any third-party API/usage cost is non-refundable. 4. Licence and ownership
For one-time products you own and operate your deployment and your data. The underlying engine, source patterns and intellectual property remain PixlForge's unless your agreement says otherwise. You may not resell or redistribute our software without written permission.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide the access, data and approvals needed to deliver the work, to use the software lawfully, and — for self-hosted tools like IntelliSheets AI — to supply and pay for your own third-party API keys (e.g. Anthropic Claude). For our managed products, API/usage is included in your plan.
6. Warranty and liability
Services are provided with reasonable skill and care but "as is" without other warranties. To the extent permitted by law, PixlForge's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Rewari, Haryana having jurisdiction.
