Refund and Cancellation Policy
We want you to buy with confidence. This policy explains refunds and cancellations for each type of purchase. It works alongside our Terms of Service.
1. Free 7-day trial and setup fee
The 7-day trial lets you evaluate the real product on your data. The one-time ₹5,000 setup/integration fee is credited in full to your first invoice if you continue. If you choose not to continue, the setup fee covers the integration work already done and is non-refundable. Any third-party API/usage cost incurred during the trial is non-refundable.
2. Custom builds and one-time projects
Work begins after the setup fee is paid. Before delivery, you may cancel and receive a refund of any amount paid beyond work already completed. Once the system is delivered and deployed to you, the build is non-refundable.
3. Product licences (e.g. IntelliSheets AI)
Because these are digital licences, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if the product has not yet been activated/deployed. After activation the licence is non-refundable.
4. Subscriptions (AI Receptionist)
You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops all future billing. The current billing cycle already in progress is non-refundable, and setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding has started.
5. How to request
Email info@pixlforgestudio.in from your order email within the applicable window, with your order/payment ID. Approved refunds are returned via Razorpay to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.
